Surely all these uploaders know their version doesn't have audio, so what do they get out of uploading?

most of what you get here is re-uped from more exclusive sharing sites and they probably don't bother checking it properly unless its a something they watch themselves. that's why you get full seasons with duplicate episodes mixed in, instead of the full season.
