I thought this was an English audio release on MHz Choice. Looks like still just German subs. :-(

I couldn't see any s04 episodes that have been dubbed in English anywhere even on
premium hosts... there was Italian. Saw an English dub for the first 3 seasons but
this was it. If the uploader of them 3 season as it's the same uploader can be
contacted, they might upload the dub s04 for you.
