the message is pretty self-explanatory, but is this a scheduled downtime or do
the admins play it by ear? its happened a few days already this week.

during big days the forum causes the website to go flaky, so we take down the
forum during the busy days to keep the main part of the website active (ie: the
shows)
we are limited with servers so this is the only work around at present.
