saying the character is 16 (regardless of the age of the actress)?
anyway, good show.
"virtual" nudity or porn of a minor is not illegal in the us like it is in most
other countries. it has been established by the supreme court. believe it or
not, our court system, unlike our legislature, is pretty porn friendly.

twas a great show, but i was most shocked to learn after watching that said '16

there's nothing actually wrong with showing boobs of a character that is 16. the
only time they'd get penalized is if the actress was 16. you can't say
regardless of the age of the actress because that is the only thing that'll get
taken into consideration.
great show, i really enjoyed it. glad i grabbed this.

what some people don't seem to get, this show is not an over the air show
(broadcast) it is a paid cable show, so the censors have no say on what can be
aired or not be aired. so they can show breast and swear all they want and the
fcc can't do anything about it.
on another note, this seems to be a great show, can't wait until they rest of
the episodes get aired.
