can i ask you guys what torrent downloader are you using? mine is utorrent, but
my dl speed is averaging below 20 kbp/s but my upspeed is hiking to 40kbp/s or
more. can someone tell me what is the right setting for bandwidth allocation?

i have no idea how you can get 800kb/s.
i can bever get speeds like that despite having an 8mb connection. tops is
usually 200k with torrents.
anyway there are issues with this tracker, timesout all the time though it still
works. dloading at 80kb/s atm
