why does it say in mininova link that its nuked and has no sound after 32

i downloaded both. the actual repack is fine. the first one has no sound
after 31:55. mininova has the repack listed as nuked when in actual fact it's
labelled wrong - the repack is fine. the [2] link on eztv to the repack goes
to the mininova site which has the repack listed as nuked, but it is not.
