can someone help me - my d/l speed never seems to want to go any higher than
220-250 kb/s. what can i do?
check that your isp actually allows you to go higher than that- that is round
about my max atm for download.
also your upload speeds have effect on your download, like most new zealanders i
am on 128k upload so my speeds never reach ~200kbps unless there is an ultra
seeder on.
other than that, check the ports are open for your client and there are some
fixes for half open connections for windows- increasing the amount of peers you
can connect to.
oh and thanks eztv

anyone who gets more then 100 kb's should be happy.
and anyone who complains about 200 kb's calls it slow, and isn't joking should
be struck down by the righteous hand of all those people less fortunate then
him.
ungrateful tosser.
thanks for the episode. kudos.

i was getting <20 kb's the whole time, except for after 60% when it
started to speed up. consider yourself lucky
