dunno, it works fine for me. does your isp block the pirate bay or something?
or it could just be the tracker's overloaded & times out (if so, the problem
should resolve itself within 30 mins or less).

you are getting blocked.
that is an answer from somwhere in your connection.
most certainly it's that you are connecting through a proxy or a nat that
screens what you ask for. if a url is blacklisted by it, error 403. you are
forbidden to access it.
the 403 error most of the time comes with a note statin who issued that error.
it might say something like squid proxy server or similar.
the fact that you are getting an error, is not that you can't connect, it is an
active blocking answer.
the other way arround, maybe your isp is blacklisted by the tracker, so, you get
blacklisted as well, ergo, error 403.
try with a web browser, and go to that address and check the message to see who
is the one blocking, or your isp is blocking the site, or the other way 'round,
the site doesn't want anything to do with your isp.

i don't know what's wrong with eztv lately but the stats remain mostly blank
and i didn't get the torrents (both) for lost to work for more than two hours
so i had to turn to the vtv-version. till about a week or so ago everything
went fine, fast and smooth... don't do this to me... maybe my usual seeder(s)
took a holiday?
