i know it says its down but is there a way to get my user id so i can have it
set up for one it become active again ?

look at the userid on the end of the urls of the feeds on your my shows page.
or, indeed, look at the userid on the end of the url of the link in your
username in the written by header of your post.

it's a real bummer that rss doesn't work no more, isn't it?
as for your user id all you have to do is let the cursor hover over your name in
the "written by" top bar and you'll see in the status bar at the bottom of your
screen, what all the rest of us can see, e.g. that you are eztv user #37296
