just read that cbs (crazy broadcasting stooges) are cancelling csi: miami (too expensive was the excuse i read on tv.com) as for for csi:miami i could have used a few more years of horatio getting kinda vic mackey with some of his perps. csi should have been the one to get the axe, every since ted danson joined the team, it's been really lame and whack. |

i can't find a single source that confirms breaking bad being cancelled. only sources that say the new season starts in july, and will continue in 2013. anybody find it weird that it's mentioned here? am i missing something? |

am very shocked about alcatraz. had mixed feelings about it. last i heard it was to be renewed for the second season. was looking forward to it as it was just starting to get interesting. now there are so many questions left unanswered. fox eh, dumb ![]() |

i agree completely. still, less shooting as it's most distinguishing feature doesn't bring it from "entertaining and good" up to "absolutely fantastic". it's a good show, and a relief from the more hysterically violent us shows.
as you can see from other posts, "cancelled" isn't the right term. it's a planned ending; the story finishes with season 5, plain and simple. one source for this: http://insidetv.ew.com/2012/04/06/breaking-bad-final-season-2/ ![]() |

i'm sad that these shows were cancelled. i practically enjoyed watching - terra nova and missing. hope the producers change their minds and continue these shows. |

good riddance to terra nova, just more crappy drama with a sci-fantasy setting. like defying gravity, it was just a castle clone with a [very] occasional dinosaur. awake is sad, i'm only two eps in. i wonder if they have a workable ending... men of a certain age, memphis beat, and bored to death, will also be missed. eureka and chuck had it coming. they were long in the tooth, and at least got to prepare for the end. the finder was a non-starter, and i've also abandoned bones. playboy club and pan am were train-wrecks ruined by trying too hard to clone mad men. alcatraz was a pitiful attempt, and i gave up after the first ep when it was revealed to be a monster of the week. abrams' next small screen jaunt, revolution, will hopefully be of a different vein. |

i am sure am going to miss; gcb - very funny missing - excellent location shooting. intense acting too. hung - only reason i kept hbo ringer. loved the panache harry's law - what dumb jerk canceled it. excellent scripts, acting cast and timely stories. one of the best things on tv! |

i'm a little surprised about awake. i thought that they might take a chance on it's audience growing. it was really good! it and magic city were my two favorite new shows this year. also kinda surprised about ringer. it wasn't bad for cw. if it'd been on an actual network, i'd have expected it to go, but what's the cw going to replace it with? cougar town and fringe are both good shows, but i thought that they weren't going to make it another year. nice surprise. i'm so glad that missing and harry's law are canceled. blech! now if only we can get private practice, girls and scandal off the air too ![]() |

seriously how dumb do tv execs think americans are? unless its a reality tv, a talent show or a reality talent show, execs think americans can't handle well thought out shows! |
