spoke with charlie and cbs has came crawling and begging him to return to the show; nothing is set in stone yet but there is a great chance he will be back very shortly to finish out season 8 and all of season 9. they are only doing this so he will drop the $100 million suit he filed against them for withholding money he is owed as well as the loss of income for the remaining 32 episodes on his contract. (8 episodes left in season 8 (2 already filmed but unaired thus far and 6 yet to be filmed plus the 24 episodes in season 9) |
