To adjust and fix audio sync issues in VLC media player, use the J and K keys on Windows and Linux,
(or F and G on iMac/Apple), to change the audio timing by 50 milliseconds per keystroke.
Audio Delay Shortcuts;
J Key: Speeds up or brings the audio forward if the sound is lagging behind the video.
K Key: Delays or slows down the audio if the sound plays too early before the video action.
Incremental Value: Each single key press adjusts the track by 50 milliseconds (0.05 seconds).
On-Screen Display: A small text indicator appears in the top right corner of the video showing the
active sync adjustment = 00 for default✔️
