A forest has appeared in Shibuya's scramble crossing. People in the city are inexplicably turning into trees. Only half believing, middle schooler Mana puts a letter in the Yokai Post, and with a clip-clop GeGeGe no Kitaro appears! In order to discover the origin of the phenomenon, Kitaro and Mana head to an underground facility in the city where something lies in wait for them...!?
